This one-hour workshop introduces us to Jette Virdi’s ‘Emotional Freedom’ series, which focuses on breaking free from your own limiting beliefs and learning how to find your calm.

This month’s theme: “Release”. In a safe space and free from judgment, you will learn skills and techniques to harness the power of you. The workshop, led by Jette Virdi (who also leads our monthly Full Moon Meditations), will invite participants to share, introspect and journal together.

Jette Virdi will also teach EFT tapping techniques, which will help to further break down our barriers. The session will end with a grounding meditation. Come back to yourself and meet your calm at The Moon.

What to bring and prepare in advance:

Bring a pen and journal and/or the printed sheet that will be emailed to you by the instructor before the workshop.
