Terms & Conditions

ORDER

  • All orders are processed and shipped out every Friday via Singpost
  • An email notification will be provided once your parcel has been shipped out
  • For bulk orders, please also contact us directly at orders@themoon.com.sg

PAYMENT 

  • Our online store only accepts direct Credit Card payments (i.e. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express) 
  • All payments are processed securely, no personal and credit card information will be retained 

PRIVACY POLICY 

  • All information provided to us are solely for the purpose of processing your order. No personal particulars or credit card information will be retained or shared with any other parties.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

  • The Moon currently only ships within Singapore, and delivery will take around 3 working days
  • The Moon will not be liable for any missing parcels and/or damaged items in the process of delivery
  • The Moon will also not be held liable for any undelivered or misplaced parcels in the case that an incorrect address is provided  
  • If you would like to collect the item directly at the store, you may collect it immediately after your order has been confirmed
  • Any uncollected items will be refunded and placed back on our shelves after 2 weeks

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

  • All purchases are final, we do not accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges
