Kundalini Dance Meditation

This is a potent active meditation that creatively uses shaking, free dance, stillness & silence to bring one into a deep state of awareness. Most of us have realized that repressed emotions and stressful living can affect our ability to calm the mind, to live vibrantly and to relate to others. This method is particularly helpful to release tensions that block the natural flow of energies in our body, allowing us to become more joyful, peaceful and authentic. Kundalini Dance Meditation is a wonderful technique that allows us to embody our Inner Shakti and to find ourselves in a pure state of awareness! Come shake off what is no longer serving you, connect to the Kundalini Energy, express yourself fully and drop into a state of pure watchfulness! Suitable for absolute beginners or advanced meditative practitioners. No experience is needed and modifications are available for people who have any physical limitations.

About the Facilitator

As an Embodiment Facilitator, Amber shares the joy of living through holistic practices of yoga, active meditations, elemental wellness and pre/postnatal support. With more than 20 years of study and practice in Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation, as well as a PhD in Biomedical Engineering in the field of stem-cell tissue repair, Amber brings a unique perspective on healing and self-discovery through the influence of scientific and ancient wisdoms.

From 2009 - 2018, Amber founded a community in the heart of Singapore known as Satsanga where she has offered & organised weekly active meditation, yoga classes and community events. Amber’s current work primarily focuses on empowering women to have a conscious pregnancy, birth experience and preparedness for motherhood.

Currently, she serves as a birth assistant, pre and postnatal yoga teacher and teacher trainer, as well as offers her own 85hr YA Embodied Woman Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Teacher Training biannually and a Postpartum Yoga Foundation Series for new mothers, online and in-person. In 2019, Amber founded Embodied Woman Yoga, which is a platform for courses, CEUs, Yoga Teacher Trainings and resources related to women’s health, particularly pregnancy and postpartum. www.ambersawyer.com
